Meet Beth Watson,
Chief Human Resources Officer
If it has to do with HR, Beth does it: recruiting, onboarding, talent management, compensation and benefits, and managing our health and safety programs. Thanks to Beth’s strategic leadership, UWTC has been named one of the Best Companies to Work For in Fort Worth and The Best Place for Working Parents for two consecutive years.
Every day, Beth ensures our employees’ work is aligned with their gifts and passions. And she carries her own passion for HR into the classroom, teaching courses at her alma mater, Texas Christian University.
She makes work fun, too—organizing some of our favorite holiday parties and hosting competitive bingo games. Outside of the office, Beth enjoys playing pickleball, spending time with friends and family, boating, and watching the latest TV shows and movies.
