For aging or disabled veterans and dependents
The Area Agency on Aging of Tarrant County can help eligible veterans and their families access services and equipment that support safe, independent living at home.
Eligible individuals include:
- Veterans
- Dependents of veterans, including living spouses and children under 18
- Surviving spouses of veterans
Eligible individuals may be able to receive equipment such as:
- Bed pads and gloves
- Shower chairs and transfer benches
- Raised toilet seats and bedside commodes
- Wheelchairs, walkers and canes
- Blood pressure monitors and thermometers
- Bath mats and handheld showers
- Reachers/grabbers
