Join us for a morning of conversation, games, door prizes and breakfast, plus helpful information on local programs that support older adults in staying socially connected and mentally well.
This free, in-person event helps older adults build meaningful connections with others who share similar interests. Attendees will enjoy free breakfast and coffee while engaging in light activities and conversations that foster community. It’s a simple but powerful way to stay engaged, informed and connected.
This event is hosted by the Area Agency on Aging of Tarrant County’s Social Isolation and Loneliness Coalition, which works to prevent loneliness and improve mental health in older adults.
