The Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Tarrant County connects older adults, individuals with disabilities, veterans and caregivers to the services they need to live safely, independently and with dignity.

Long-Term Support

Planning to leave an advanced care facility? Whether you're planning to live on your own, with family or in an assisted living facility, we help you build a long-term care plan tailored to your needs. ADRC specialists connect you with in-home support services, assisted living options and community-based programs across Tarrant County.

Affordable Housing

Struggling to find safe and affordable housing? Our team provides guidance on locating and applying for accessible, low-income housing. We advocate for expanded housing access in Fort Worth and surrounding communities.

Medicare Assistance

Understanding Medicare can be confusing, but you're not alone. The ADRC offers free, unbiased Medicare help through the Area Agency on Aging. Our trained counselors can guide you through Medicare enrollment, supplemental plans and financial assistance options.

Veteran Support Services

Veterans and their families can get expert help understanding VA benefits, Medicaid eligibility and long-term care planning. Our veteran specialist offers one-on-one support and helps caregivers connect with local resources and support groups.
