GET FREE DOULA SUPPORT FOR YOUR PREGNANCY JOURNEY
Doulas play a vital role in supporting moms throughout pregnancy, birth and the months after delivery. This kind of care is especially important for Black mothers, who face significantly higher risks during pregnancy and childbirth than white mother in the U.S.
Through our Maternal Health program, we offer free in-person and virtual doula services to expectant mothers in Tarrant County.
Your doula is there to support you, answer questions and help you feel informed and confident every step of the way.
Doula services include:
- Prenatal sessions to prepare for birth
- Home visits for personalized support
- Labor and birth support during delivery
- Postpartum support after your baby arrives
- Virtual consultations as needed
