Community Doulas

Doulas play a vital role in supporting mothers every step of the way, from early pregnancy to postpartum months. This kind of care is especially crucial for Black mothers, whose maternal mortality rate is three times higher than that of white mothers in the U.S.

Through our Maternal Health program, we provide free doula services to support and guidance to moms-to-be. Families who live in 76104 or will deliver at a hospital or birth center in 76104, will be prioritized for in-person support. Virtual support is available to families outside of those areas.

Doula services include:

  • Prenatal Sessions

  • Home Visitation

  • Labor and Birth Support

  • Postpartum Support

  • Virtual Consultations
