Victor Reyes

Victor Reyes brings energy, heart and purpose to his work as Development Manager for United Way of Tarrant County (UWTC).

In his role, Victor is focused on growing relationships with individual donors by managing the stewardship process and ensuring they stay connected to the life-changing work they make possible. He also serves as a staff liaison for Emerging Leaders United, a network of young professionals committed to creating lasting change in our community.

One of his most rewarding experiences with UWTC so far includes helping launch the Cooper Fire Relief Fund, a partnership with Councilwoman Elizabeth Beck and Near Southside, Inc., after a six-alarm fire devastated a Fort Worth apartment complex.

“I was amazed to see the community come together for these people who had just lost so much,” said Victor. “We were able to raise over $100,000 that went directly to the residents.”

Looking ahead, Victor is especially energized by the innovative initiatives on the horizon, as UWTC continues to find new ways to meet community needs. He’s eager to strengthen relationships with donors and supporters, building opportunities to come together and make a greater impact.

“We know that UNITED IS THE WAY, and we can’t do this important work without the support of our community.”

Outside of work, you’ll find Victor cheering on Oklahoma sports in Norman, catching Rangers games with his wife Ashlyn, or relaxing at home with their three dogs: Dallas, Lincoln and Malibu. Some of his hobbies follow him into the office, where his collection of completed Lego sets complements the fun he brings to UWTC.
