mission of
Tarrant County United Way
is to improve lives in our communities by mobilizing the
caring power of Tarrant County.
To achieve
this mission,
United Way
combines the expertise of its staff of human service
professionals with the diverse talents of volunteers and
community partners who are very knowledgeable about local
community issues. United Way staff, volunteers and community
partners are committed to the highest standards of
performance, professionalism and ethical conduct.
United Way
board members, committee members and staff who serve on United
Way committees agree to adhere to committee policies and
procedures related to such topics as confidentiality,
conflicts of interest and committee process. They are asked to
download and read the policies and procedures below, sign the
accompanying form annually and return it to the lead staff
persons of their United Way committees.
