Hundreds of people attended the October 20 Casino Night fund raiser hosted by the DFW International Airport Community United Way Campaign. The event was held at the Hyatt Regency DFW, and all proceeds benefit the 2006 DFW United Way Campaign. 

Casino Night games included blackjack, roulette, slot machines, craps tables and poker tables. Admission included 1,000 chips, a raffle ticket, heavy hors d'oeuvres, non-alcoholic drinks and entertainment by the Professor D Band. Chips were used to bid on a variety of exciting prizes. Additional chips and raffle tickets could be purchased.

Raffle prizes included two first class, roundtrip airline tickets to any destination in the United States, courtesy of American Airlines; a Samsung DLP television donated by Samsung; and a Saturday night stay and Sunday brunch at The Mansion on Turtle Creek, courtesy of Rosewood Hotels and Resort.
