
Brad Forsberg is the Managing Partner of the Fort Worth office for KPMG, a global accounting, tax and advisory services firm. He leads all operational, quality, marketing, human resource and community involvement aspects for KPMG in the Fort Worth area.

Greg Fox, in his role of Executive Vice President, Operations, has responsibility for the Engineering; Mechanical; Transportation; Safety, Training and Operations Support; and Resource Protection departments at BNSF Railway. He also will have matrix-reporting responsibilities for Service Design.
Joe Stroop is Vice President and Communications Consultant for Wells Fargo’s Dallas/Fort Worth Region. He is responsible for internal communications and media relations in support of the region’s 213 banking stores and 3,000 team members.

Jack Williams assumed his current role as President of XTO Energy Inc. in June 2010. In 2005 he had moved to Dallas to serve as an Upstream Advisor for ExxonMobil Corporation. In May 2007 he became the Vice President for Engineering for ExxonMobil Production Company, then later moved to a Vice President role responsible for Asia projects in ExxonMobil Development Company.

Sara Woodward, Director of Corporate Humanitarian & Community Services for Alcon Laboratories, Inc., leads Alcon’s worldwide corporate philanthropy, directing cash and product donations of $60+ million annually. Her background in strategy, business development and finance give her a unique perspective on how corporations can maximize the impact of their giving.
The new Chair of the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Committee, Ossana Hermosillo; and new Chair of the United Way-Northeast Steering Committee, Jeff Jones; will be ex officio voting members of the board. Board member Bowie Hogg is the new Chair of the United Way-Arlington Steering Committee.
