The Dallas Cowboys Rookie Club and United Way volunteers joined forces at the Salvation Army in Arlington October 7 to paint the Cowboys Youth Fitness Zone. The event was part of the 10th annual NFL/United Way Hometown Huddle, a series of volunteer projects held on the same day in NFL cities nationwide. 

When the room was dedicated October 14, DeMarcus Ware and other Dallas Cowboys helped young people in the Salvation Army's after-school program try out the new fitness equipment. They joined the youth in marking the occasion by putting their handprints on the wall with fresh paint.
